Prices
Prices include cleaning but exclude utilities and tourist tax (flat rate of 45 euros per night from September to April, 35 euros per night from May to August). There is a security deposit of 600 euros which will be refunded after the stay, if no irregularities are found.
- Weekend = from Friday 17h to Monday 10h
- Extended weekend = weekend plus one day extra before or after
- Midweek = from Monday 5 p.m. to Friday 10 a.m.
- Week = from Friday 17h to Friday 10h or from Monday 17h to Monday 10h
- Christmas week 2024 = Mon 23/12 to Mon 30/12
- New Year’s week 2024 = Mon 30/12 to Mon 06/01
