Bistrot Julia has changed its concept. It was a cozy old-fashioned cafe with an extensive menu of special beers. It has recently become a juice bar. In itself quite nice and refreshing on a hot day, but we preferred the old-fashioned cafe atmosphere. For those who like this type of establishment, there are still a few other choices: Bar les Racines and our favorite Tortuga Bar.
