La Bru’sserie is Wout Bru’s brand new restaurant (yes, did you get it? :)) in the center of Durbuy, a few hundred meters from Villa Louise and Villa des Roches. Those who have followed the news in recent months already know that Marc Coucke has settled in Durbuy and, together with his culinary partner in crime Wout Bru, has bought the symbol of Durbuy, le Sanglier des Ardennes and the associated Brasserie Fred. And so, a few months and renovation works later, la Bru’sserie is a fact.
The menu features tapas and sharing food from all over the world: from South American ceviche to Provençal anchovies to Asian king crab tempura. You can find the full menu on their website. Choosing is difficult, but you really can’t make a wrong choice. The portions could sometimes be a bit more generous, but this new address is certainly an asset to Durbuy. Very tasty dishes, served in a pleasant interior, for those who want a little more than normal fare but don’t feel like wearing a suit and tie.
La Brusserie is located on the Place aux Foires in the center of Durbuy, within walking distance of Villa Louise and Villa des Roches.
